Return and Refund Policy

Return

Products must be returned to us within 7 days (you can adjust this as per your business policy) from the date they have been delivered to the customer. Products must be returned with all tags attached, in their original condition, along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers.

Refund

Once the product is received successfully by the company, Poulomi Advertising Pvt Ltd will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund & Cancellation for Service Provider Company

Due to the service-providing nature of our business, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once the payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is possible for all eligible orders/products.OR (Optional Clause – choose one depending on your preference):

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Poulomi Advertising Pvt Ltd ships its products across most parts of India.

Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours.
We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery time is 3 to 4 business days (business days exclude Sundays and holidays).
For remote areas, delivery may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the location.

At times, unexpected delays in delivery may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, Poulomi Advertising Pvt Ltd is not liable but will take every possible step to resolve the issue.
